Industry: Electronic components; production of high-voltage, high-capacitance MLCC ceramic capacitors and automotive sensors.

Previous gas supply model: Liquid nitrogen was used; high consumption due to 24-hour continuous production resulted in persistently high gas cost.

Equipment procured: Two sets of energy-efficient nitrogen generation systems, each with a capacity of 200 Nm³/h and a purity of 99.999%.

Technical Advantages: Utilizes an energy-efficient, single-step nitrogen generation process, replacing liquid nitrogen with on-site gas production; consistently delivers high-purity nitrogen (99.999%) with a low dew point(around -70℃), ensuring product electrical performance; the two units operate on a ‘one in use, one as standby’ basis, guaranteeing a continuous 24-hour gas supply for the sintering process whilst allowing maintenance without production downtime; Eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen filling, transport and maintenance, reducing overall gas consumption cost by one-third, whilst meeting the stringent gas supply standards of cleanrooms.
