Technical advantages: Equipped with specialized dust-resistant carbon molecular sieves for stable adsorption performance; optimized gas flow structure in the adsorption towers to reduce scouring and wear on the molecular sieves; fully automatic dual-tower gas production via PLC control, coupled with an intelligent load adjustment module that adapts the timing to fluctuations in gas demand, thereby reducing energy consumption during idle periods; Multi-stage precision filtration produces clean nitrogen with a low dew point, preventing secondary contamination of powdered materials; modular integrated design ensures a stable supply of inert protective atmosphere, reducing long-term consumables expenditure.
