Previous gas supply configuration: Supplied by obsolete nitrogen generators, characterized by high specific energy consumption and unstable operation.

Equipment procured: 100 Nm³/h + 80 Nm³/h PSA nitrogen generation system with 99.999% purity, featuring two units operating in parallel for centralized gas supply.

Technical advantages: Utilizes specialized dust-resistant molecular sieves, combined with an optimized gas flow structure, to minimize wear on the molecular sieves; Both units support parallel or independent operation; PLC-controlled fully automatic operation, equipped with an intelligent load regulation module to produce gas on demand and reduce energy consumption during no-load operation; multi-stage precision filtration produces high-purity nitrogen with a low dew point, stably maintaining a low-moisture and low-oxygen environment within the glove box to prevent the oxidation of magnetic particles; modular integrated design ensures uninterrupted gas supply during maintenance of individual units, minimizing the scrap rate of magnetic materials and supporting the enterprise’s low-carbon production.
