He’nan Mining Crane Company Nitrogen Generation Support Project

Industry: Heavy-duty lifting equipment; manufacture of gantry, overhead and mining cranes; laser cutting of thick steel plates.

Previous gas supply method: Laser cutting utilized externally purchased bottled nitrogen, which was costly, required frequent cylinder changes and disrupted continuous production line operations.

Equipment procured: PSA nitrogen generation system with a capacity of 140 Nm³/h, 97% purity and an outlet pressure of 1.6 MPa.

Technical Advantages: High-performance molecular sieves ensure stable gas production; a pressure-boosting system delivers high-pressure nitrogen at 1.6 MPa to meet laser cutting requirements; intelligent load regulation reduces power consumption during no-load operation; multi-stage filtration protects the cutting head and nozzle; on-site gas generation replaces gas cylinders, resulting in smooth cut edges, eliminating the need for frequent cylinder changes, ensuring continuous production, and reducing gas and consumables costs.
