Russian Clients Visit Henan Kerong Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. for an On-Site Inspection and Exchange
Recently, a delegation of clients from Russia visited Henan Kerong Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site factory tour and gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s gas equipment products—including nitrogen generators—as well as its production processes and manufacturing capabilities. Relevant business and technical managers from the company accompanied and hosted the delegation throughout the visit.
During the tour, the clients visited the company’s assembly and commissioning workshop as well as the large-scale equipment production facility. In the electrical control assembly workshop, the clients observed technicians performing wiring and debugging operations on small-scale integrated gas equipment. They carefully examined the internal electrical control modules, piping layout, and assembly details of the equipment, taking photos from multiple angles to document assembly details—with a particular focus on wiring harness arrangement, pipe connections, and component assembly processes. They also filmed the operational status of the prototype units and the human-machine interface control system, and engaged in on-site discussions with our technical staff regarding the design of the equipment control systems and the selection of components.

The clients then proceeded to the large-scale equipment production workshop to tour key products such as containerized integrated nitrogen generation systems and skid-mounted nitrogen generation units. Faced with the large-scale nitrogen generation systems, the Russian client examined the piping layout, valve assemblies, and tank structures of the complete equipment up close, photographing the actual equipment from multiple angles. They engaged in detailed discussions with our technical team regarding key aspects such as the equipment’s process flow, modular integration solutions, operating parameters, and overall configuration. Using the actual equipment as a reference, our staff explained the design philosophy, manufacturing processes, and adaptation solutions for different operating conditions to the clients, with a particular focus on the core vibrating packing process. This process is applied during the molecular sieve loading stage in adsorption towers; by utilizing vibration, it ensures the molecular sieves are packed densely and uniformly, thereby reducing the risk of friction-induced pulverization during long-term operation and guaranteeing the gas purity and operational stability of the nitrogen generation equipment. The Russian client raised several technical questions regarding the operational workflow of the vibrating packing process, process control standards, and key maintenance points, to which our team provided detailed answers.
During the on-site inspection, the Russian client carefully examined nitrogen generation equipment of various models. Based on their project requirements, they conducted a thorough evaluation of the equipment’s structure, processing capacity, and integrated design, fostering a practical and efficient atmosphere for on-site discussions.
Following the on-site tour, representatives from both sides posed for a group photo in front of the company’s entrance. Through this visit, the Russian clients gained firsthand insight into Kerong Gas’s production conditions and equipment manufacturing capabilities. Moving forward, both parties will maintain ongoing communication to explore opportunities for future business cooperation based on project requirements, laying a solid foundation for further international trade collaboration.
