Indonesian Clients Visit Henan Kerong Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. for an On-Site Inspection
In 2025, a delegation of Indonesian clients visited Henan Kerong Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. in Xinxiang City for an on-site factory tour and inspection to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s gas separation equipment manufacturing processes, product performance, and overall supply capabilities. Relevant business and technical managers from the company accompanied and hosted the delegation throughout the visit.
During the visit, the clients toured the finished product display area and the complete unit assembly workshop. In the finished product demonstration area, our staff provided on-site explanations of the complete medical oxygen generation equipment, offering detailed introductions to the air storage tanks, piping and valve assemblies, control systems, and operational procedures of the entire oxygen generation system. The Indonesian clients carefully examined the overall structure of the equipment, taking photos from multiple angles to document assembly details, with a particular focus on piping layout and component assembly processes. They also engaged in discussions with on-site technical staff regarding technical specifications, actual operating conditions, and key maintenance and operation points.
The group then proceeded to the prototype exhibition hall to observe Kerong Medical’s series of integrated all-in-one units firsthand. The clients leaned in close to the equipment control panels to carefully examine the human-machine interface, familiarizing themselves with the operational logic, alarm functions, and operational data displays. They engaged in discussions regarding the equipment’s integrated design, automated control, physical dimensions, and suitable application scenarios, expressing strong interest in the compact, all-in-one unit solution. Technical staff also introduced the core vibrating packing process to the clients, explaining its advantages in the molecular sieve loading stage. The vibrating packing process ensures a denser and more uniform distribution of molecular sieves, effectively reducing friction-induced pulverization during operation and guaranteeing long-term stability in gas production for nitrogen and oxygen generation equipment. The clients asked detailed questions regarding the implementation procedures and technical standards for this process.
Inside the large production workshop, the client inspected tank components currently in the manufacturing process and took on-site photographs of core components such as adsorption towers, gaining a firsthand understanding of the scale of manufacturing and the hardware infrastructure for the equipment’s core components. Our staff used the work-in-progress parts to explain the production process for the equipment’s core components to the client, covering the entire workflow from tank machining, assembly, and welding to the final assembly of the complete unit, and addressed each of the client’s technical concerns regarding project implementation one by one. During the tour, the client engaged in practical discussions with our staff regarding equipment model selection, configuration plans, and delivery schedules, all tailored to the specific requirements of their local project in Indonesia. Through this on-site visit, the client gained a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of Kerong Gas Equipment’s manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio. Both parties exchanged views on potential future collaboration opportunities, laying a solid foundation for advancing international trade cooperation.
