At the first stop of the tour, the clients visited the equipment showroom to examine prototype units from Kerong’s series of complete gas equipment systems up close. Our technical staff provided detailed explanations of the equipment’s control systems and operational logic, and demonstrated how to access and configure various operating parameters by operating the touchscreen display on-site. The foreign business delegation showed keen interest, carefully examining the external structure of the equipment. They proactively opened the equipment cabinets to observe the layout of internal components, photographed assembly details from multiple angles, and took particular note of the internal wiring harness arrangement, pipe fittings, and component assembly processes. They posed numerous technical questions regarding the equipment’s core components, operation and maintenance procedures, and usage requirements under various operating conditions. After touring the showroom prototypes, the clients donned hard hats and entered the manufacturing workshop to visit the production site of the complete nitrogen generator systems. Inside the workshop, multiple sets of large nitrogen generation units and buffer tanks were neatly arranged. Our technical staff approached the complete nitrogen generation systems and, using the actual equipment as a reference, explained the operational workflow to the clients. They introduced key components—such as adsorption towers, buffer tanks, piping valves, and the PLC control system—one by one, demonstrated panel operations, and elaborated on the design philosophy behind the equipment. The technical staff placed particular emphasis on the core “vibration packing” process used in the adsorption towers. This process, applied during the molecular sieve loading stage, ensures the molecular sieves are packed densely and uniformly through vibration. It effectively reduces the risk of molecular sieve abrasion and pulverization during long-term operation, thereby guaranteeing the gas purity and overall operational stability of the nitrogen generation equipment. The Kazakhstani clients asked detailed questions regarding the vibration packing workflow, process control standards, and key maintenance considerations.
The Kazakhstani clients listened attentively to the explanations and sought advice on practical business aspects such as equipment production capacity, gas purity adjustment, equipment stability, localization adaptation, and delivery schedules. By visiting the production site firsthand, the foreign clients gained a direct understanding of the entire process—from component machining to complete unit assembly—and formed a more objective understanding of the company’s hardware manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise. On-site, both parties also discussed matters related to customized equipment modifications and project implementation, taking into account local industry application scenarios in Kazakhstan. At the conclusion of the tour, staff from both sides posed for a group photo in front of the equipment in the exhibition hall.
