Original gas supply model: The two existing, ageing nitrogen generators suffered from rapid ageing and degradation of the molecular sieves, resulting in high maintenance costs and posing a risk of performance decline, which affected production stability.

Equipment Procured: A 120 Nm³/h PSA nitrogen generation system with 99.9% purity, replacing the two existing obsolete nitrogen generators. Technical Advantages: High-performance molecular sieves combined with an optimised adsorption process ensure long-term stable gas production; A single unit replaces two old units, eliminating the high annual maintenance costs associated with molecular sieve replacement and reducing no-load power consumption; a stable supply of nitrogen prevents the oxidation and deterioration of pharmaceutical raw materials; the risk of downtime for maintenance is reduced, ensuring long-term continuous operation of production lines, thereby addressing the root causes of frequent maintenance and high energy consumption associated with the old units.
