Previous gas supply model: The existing, ageing two-stage nitrogen generator was outdated, requiring frequent replacement of consumables at high cost, and consuming significant amounts of electricity for gas production.

Equipment procured: 200 Nm³/h two-stage carbon deoxidation and purification energy-efficient PSA nitrogen generation system.

Technical Advantages: High-wear-resistant and contamination-resistant molecular sieves, combined with an optimised two-stage carbon deoxidation process, ensure high deoxidation efficiency; optimised flow paths in the adsorption towers minimise scouring and wear on the molecular sieves; an intelligent load control system automatically adjusts to gas demand, reducing energy consumption during no-load operation; modular design facilitates maintenance; no replacement of molecular sieves required for two and a half years after commissioning, saving 120,000 yuan annually in deoxidant costs, reducing the risk of downtime, lowering electricity costs, and enabling stable production over extended periods.
