Equipment procured: One set of 70 Nm³/h and two sets of 360 Nm³/h PSA nitrogen generators with a purity of 99.995%, combined a centralized gas supply system.

Technical Advantages: Exclusively customized durable molecular sieves, optimizes adsorption air flow channels to lengthen sieve on line duration; intelligent PLC-controlled interlocks of multiple units, enables on-demand activation and deactivation to reduce energy consumption during idle periods; multi-stage sterilizing filtration ensuring nitrogen purity meets pharmaceutical GMP standards; stable supply of high-purity nitrogen to inhibit drug oxidation and guarantee a continuous 24-hour gas supply for sterile formulation production lines.
