Original gas supply model: Ultra-high-purity nitrogen was required for pressure vessel purging and inerting, steel structure welding, and petrochemical pipeline purging processes. Equipment procured: 50 Nm³/h, 99.9995% N2 purity, energy-efficient PSA nitrogen generator.

Technical Advantages: Customized adsorber structure and specialized all in one packing installation process ensure undefeatable equipment assembly quality; equipped with an intelligent load regulation module that automatically switches to low-load standby mode in response to fluctuations based on the instant gas demand, thereby eliminating no-load energy consumption; consistently produces ultra-high-purity nitrogen at 99.9995% (5N5, one step process), meeting the requirements for welding oxidation prevention, vessel purging and inerting, and pipeline displacement, on top of that reducing overall electricity consumption.
