Original gas supply model: Graphite is prone to oxidation at high temperatures; production requires continuous nitrogen purging and atmosphere replacement to create an oxygen-free, inert environment for protecting graphite products.

Equipment procured: 60 Nm³/h, 99.99% purity PSA nitrogen generator system.

Technical Advantages: Specialized carbon molecular sieves are dust-resistant and ensure stable gas production; an optimized adsorption tower structure extends the service life of the molecular sieves; fully automated PLC operation with intelligent load regulation reduces energy consumption during no-load operation; multi-stage filtration produces clean nitrogen with a low dew point, preventing material contamination; modular design enables unattended operation and simple maintenance; on-site nitrogen generation replaces bottled nitrogen, preventing high-temperature oxidation of graphite, ensuring product quality, and reducing costs associated with gas procurement and cylinder replacement.
